If I (the seller) do not receive any indication from you (the buyer) either through email or as a note to seller on your PayPal invoice that you have special needs you will receive Tibetan hair with stitching on the skin side.

If these pieces do not meet your needs you may return them for replacement. A return shipping fee will apply to the new parcel. The replacement hair will ship after the hair and fee have been received.

Change of address on Orders

I will ONLY SHIP to the address YOU provide on the Order form or on your PAYPAL ACCOUNT! Any address changes (accepted at my discretion only) MUST be sent to me through the e-mail. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!  NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!! This is to protect you and myself from fraudulent activity.

Orders Returned by the United States Post Office

Orders that are returned by the Post Office because the Name and Address provided by the buyer was unknown by the postal delivery person or the post office and/or returned and stamped "Attempted Not Known" is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Lisa Rynda - Rynda Original Designs can not be help responsible for undeliverable mail, and the cost of resending the package is the sole responsibility of the buyer.   

Order Confirmation

An email confirmation will be sent to you as soon as I received your order. It may take several days after the order has been placed to be received. If you do not receive a confirmation email it is the buyers responsibility to contact me to make me aware you did not receive the notification.

I also accept Personal Checks (funds drawn from a US bank account) and Postal Money Orders and Money Orders. Personal checks will be held for 10 - 15 business days (business days are week days only.*If paying by Check the order will not ship until the check has cleared. This may take up to two weeks!

Returns

Defective items may be returned for replacement within 30 day of the purchase date. I do not accept returns for items that are not defective. RYNDA ORIGINAL DESIGNS can not be held responsible for purchases made through a second or third party vendor. Preauthorization is required before a return will be accepted. If a package is returned without a preauthorization code printed on the outside of the package it will be refused and returned to the sender.  

Refunds  

No refunds will be granted for any pattern or pattern workbooks. Preauthorization is required before a return will be accepted. If a package is returned without a preauthorization code printed on the outside of the package it will be refused and returned to the sender. A 25% restocking fee is added to any returned item.

All refunds will be made by check and are grated at the sole discretion of Rynda Original Designs - Lisa Rynda. The check will be issued upon my receiving the returned goods in the same condition they were in when shipped and are unused and resalable. *No refunds will be granted for custom dyed doll hair-Tibetan skins. The refund amount will be for the purchase price only.

Shipping

All orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service by First Class, Priority, or Media Mail within the United States with delivery confirmation. Orders outside the United States are shipped using Global Priority, Air, or Economy Mail thru the U.S. Postal Service. Also, please be aware that any international shipments may carry import duties upon arrival in your country. These are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the order.

All order over $20.00 may require a signature confirmation.

A $2.00 fee will be added at checkout to cover the delivery confirmation and packaging costs.
 

Shipping International Orders

I am now required to provide proof of shipping and delivery for all international orders.

International orders will only be shipped using premium shipping services through UPS or USPS such as priority rate mail with insurance and a certificate of mailing. Global Priority is based on the size of the envelope, and I can fit up to three large pattern workbooks, or 10 5x7 inch pieces of Tibetan hair into one large Priority envelope. The flat rate for the 9 1/2 x 12x12 envelope is $14.60 and takes approximately 7-10 business days for delivery.

 All non US order require insurance and a certificate of mailing!

Additional Order Information

Rynda Original Designs can not be held responsible for lost orders once they are place in the custody of the United States Postal Service.

You are encouraged to purchase shipping insurance! A quote will be provided on request.
