Doll Hair - Important Information
Please read this before you order my doll hair.
Be advised when you place an order you are entering into a legal binding
contract with Lisa Rynda - Rynda Original Designs. You must allow fair time to
process and ship the order as indicated on this web site, wait a reasonable
response time for the confirmation email (I am closed on the weekends and holidays) before filing a

All the hair I sell is hand-dyed and NO TWO pieces will EVER be the same exact shade of color. If you need a color match you must send me a color sample and I will do my best to match the shade. Please allow extra time to process the order.

If your a hard to please kind of person (you know if you are one of those types) lets NOT waste each others time. You will be happier if you order pre-dyed hair from an auction type site and not from me.

If you live outside of the US and are the type that is going to file a non receipt dispute four business days after placing the order because you did not receive a confirmation email DO NOT ORDER FROM ME!

If you are placing a large order and request seam free hair than you must allow a minimum of two weeks for me to process the order. I have to wait until the funds clear Paypal, then order the raw fur, receive the hair, dye and dry it before I can get to the point where I can ship it out to you. That takes time... add appropriate shipping time

I am a true artist and hand-dye each piece individually, and that takes time. No two pieces will ever be alike! I live in a rural area an hour away from the closest P

If you need quick shipping let me know BEFORE you place the order so we are on the same page. If you are in a hurry and are NOT willing to pay for expedited shipping than don't blame me if it doesn't get there right away. Once the item is placed in the hands of the shipping service I am no longer in control, it's up to the shipper to deliver it. Sometimes a parcel gets lost or is held up, again please don't blame me. I don't work for the post office but I will make every attempt to correct the situation quickly.

If you don't receive a confirmation email within three business days of placing an order (allow extra time if it's placed on a Friday, during the weekend or on a holiday) let me know ASAP. Unless you contact me to advise me the confirmation was not received I am under the assumption you did receive it. Just in case...try checking your Spam folder to make sure it isn't there.

I will ONLY ship to the address YOU provide on the Order form, or on your PAYPAL ACCOUNT! Any address changes (accepted at my discretion) MUST be sent to me through the e-mail. NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

Due to recent jump in the cost of the Tibetan plates (plates are created by sewing smaller pieces together) I have had to change my policy in regards to seam free pieces. I can not guarantee seam free pieces for orders consisting of 1-6 pieces totaling less than $89.00 before shipping. If you are ordering 7-12 pieces of hair your order must total $178.00 before shipping.

”I will do my very best to accommodate smaller orders!" I don't stock any pre-dyed hair but instead dye the pieces to fill each order as they come in and also to fit each clients needs. If seam free hair is requested and the minimum dollar amount is not reached the order is then placed in a waiting basket until enough orders are received to order another plate. Plates are not seam free regardless of order amount.

Order received from outside of the United Sates must allow two business weeks to process the order. It may take up to 30 business days to receive the order through the mail. Rynda Original Designs - Lisa Rynda CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS DELAYED IN CUSTOMS or BY THE MAIL SERVICE ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN PLACED IN THE SHIPPING COMPANIES CUSTODY.

If I (the seller) do not receive any indication from you (the buyer) either through email or as a note to seller on your PayPal invoice that you have special needs you will receive Tibetan hair with stitching on the skin side.

If these pieces do not meet your needs you may return them for replacement. A return shipping fee will apply to the new parcel. The replacement hair will ship after the hair and fee have been received.

Directions for coloring the Tibetan doll hair - mohair is included Free with every new order. The Tibetan hair can also be over-dyed to achieve the perfect shade for your doll or project!

The average length of the hair is between 3 1/2 to 5 inches from the pelt.

Some Tibetan hair pieces may have longer hair, and some shorter hair on the same piece.

Sometimes the hair is curlier, and sometimes it's a little straighter depending on the pelt. The Tibetan hair is a natural product and there will be variations in the hair as each animal is different.

I do my very best to achieve the same results every time. This however is not a perfect process, so slight variations in color may occur with each piece.

I am happy to custom dyed pieces/colors just for you. It is helpful to have a color sample to work with. This can be from a picture, a piece of fabric or ribbon etc. You can contact me at Lisa@ryndaoriginals.com for more details. I do not charge extra for this...

Each piece of Tibetan hair is from different animals so the length of the hair as well as the amount of curl will vary per piece.

I buy only the Top Quality #1 Grade Tibetan lamb to provide the very best quality product I can.

I want to make sure the hair is free of tangles after the dyeing process. I do this by combing the hair several times before, during and after dying them. This will cause some straightening of the hair. I do rewet the hair and reset the curl before they are shipped.

If you want to reset the curl in the hair simply rewet the Tibetan lamb-doll hair with a spray bottle using a fine mist spray of regular tap water. Scrunch the hair with your fingers. *Caution should be used when wetting the hair as some discharge of color may occur. This usually happens with the darker color. The dye from the hair can transfer onto your hands and your clothing!

Select pieces have little variations in color. They are rich, deep colors.
